I present my hobby on this web page. The sight and smell of old cars has attracted me since my childhood.
My father owned a FIAT 502 torpedo (tourer) body. We worked together reconstructing this car into a running state and we took part in many competitions. The most I appreciate is the participation in many /year after year/ competitions "1000 miles of Czechoslovakia", further competition ECCE HOMO and in one of the oldest competitions in Europe - competition Zbraslav - Jíloviště. My greatest highlight for me was when Mrs. Elisabeth Junek came to our car. She said: "I wish you many successes. A FIAT 501 was my first car".
In 1981 I bought a FIAT 503 tourer. I finished this renovation in 1987. Each year I take part with this car in many competitions. It is a trouble free car. Among the most important events I took part in are: Rally RIGA 1988, the competition Vienna - Budapest - Vienna 1991 and the exhibition in Tulln 1992.
In 1984 I bought a FIAT 510, which survived only as a mechanically complete chassis. The coachwork was removed in 1940 and it served as a tool for training apprentices in a technical school. Due to the assistance of my friends in countries near (Germany) and far (Australia) I have nearly completed the total restoration of this car, including building all the torpedo body. I am still working hard to complete the fine detail items on this special large FIAT. I hope I have in the next time trip with it.
I am also in possession of a FIAT 15 TER truck since 1987. The price paid was symbolic and corresponded to the bad state of the FIAT 15 TER, which was completely taken appart and the components thrown to the goats in the fields. There were many parts missing despite a careful search. Without the necessary documentation and spare parts I cannot fully restore the vehicle to a high standard. Therefore this car is still waiting for its turn to be restored.
The above description acquiants you with my FIATS. Besides restoration work, my other related activities are:
